Refund policy
Each piece is made to order. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic proof of the damage, including both the item and its packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, a replacement or full refund will be issued at no additional cost to you.
Requests made after 14 days of delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.
Returns for any reason other than damage or defect are not accepted.
Exchanges are not offered.
